It contains dual density foam with a plastic plate overlay, protecting the Chest, Shoulders, Collar bones and includes full arm protection. The adjustable front flap can be altered to fit a long or short bodied GK and there compliment the excellent protection levels. Level 5 (International Protection) Available in XS - XL
